Synopsis:
A 20 year drought has forced the government to outlaw the use of private toilets. Most of the action takes place at Public Amenity # 9 where Mrs. Pennywise runs the filthiest urinal in town. All public restrooms are owned and operated by Urine Good Company, run by the corrupt Caldwell B. Cladwell. Those who cannot or refuse to pay are sent to the mysterious Urinetown, never to be heard from again.
